### Authenticate

When you're setting up your first workflow with Returnly, you'll need to add your **API key** so that Returnly is a connected app within MESA.

To locate the **API key**, click on **Integration Tools** within the [Returnly dashboard](https://dashboard.returnly.com/dashboard/tools/api_token).

In the **API Token** tab, you can find your account's **API token**. Click on the copy icon to copy and paste the value into your workflow's Returnly **API Key** field.

Click **Add Connection** and you are all set! You can now re-use the newly created connection and select it for your future workflows!
