🚀📢  We’re kicking off 2026 with updates that give you more control over how you build and organize your automations. Meet Web Operator, a brand-new AI action that automates real browser sessions, get your workflow list in order with Groups, and let our team build a workflow for you with the new Expert Workflow Service.

Here’s everything new happening with MESA this month:

## 🌐 New AI action: Web Operator

Say hello to **Web Operator**, a new action in the AI tool that opens a real browser session and automates on-screen actions—no API required. It’s perfect for the tools and sites that never exposed an API in the first place.

You set it up by having a conversation with **MESA's AI assistant**, which helps create the credentials that represent your authenticated browser session and can even build your Web Operator instructions for you. Because this action works differently from standard API-based actions, we strongly recommend [reviewing the documentation](https://docs.getmesa.com/tools/ai/web-operator) before you dive in—there are short demo videos there that walk through common use cases and setup.

## 📁 Keep workflows organized with Groups

As your library of automations grows, finding the right one shouldn’t slow you down. The new **Groups** feature lets you organize workflows into custom folders right in your sidebar, so everything stays tidy and easy to reach.

Create a group for a project or a category—like Google Sheets or Loops and Paths—then drop your workflows in to keep your workspace focused.

## 🤝 Free Expert Workflow Service

Not sure where to start, or short on time to build? We’ve kicked off a test of a free **Expert Workflow Service**—have the MESA team build a workflow for you. The option is now live right on your app dashboard, so you can request a hand whenever you need one.
