Why integrate DocuSign with Mandrill

The DocuSign to Mandrill integration helps you sync data, automate manual tasks, and keep your stack aligned — without writing code.

Trigger Shopify workflows when a contract is signed in DocuSign

When a DocuSign envelope is completed — a wholesale agreement, a B2B contract, a vendor terms acceptance — MESA kicks off the corresponding action in Shopify. Your store operations start the moment a signature is in place without anyone manually bridging the two systems.

Create and send DocuSign envelopes from Shopify order events

When a qualifying order comes in — a wholesale account, a high-value B2B purchase, a custom agreement — MESA generates the right DocuSign envelope and routes it to the customer or vendor for signature. Your contract process starts automatically from the moment an order is placed.

Keep Shopify customer records current when DocuSign status changes

When a DocuSign envelope is sent, viewed, signed, or declined, MESA updates the corresponding Shopify customer record with the current status. Your team always knows where each agreement stands without checking DocuSign separately.

Send transactional emails from Shopify order events automatically

When an order is placed, updated, or fulfilled in Shopify, MESA triggers the right Mandrill transactional email with the relevant order details already populated. Your customers get accurate, timely messages without anyone manually initiating them.

Trigger Mandrill emails from any Shopify customer milestone

When a customer hits a threshold in Shopify — a first purchase, a loyalty tier, a win-back window — MESA sends the signal to Mandrill and fires the right email at the right moment. Your transactional and lifecycle messaging runs on the full range of what happens in your store.

Keep Mandrill template data current with your Shopify catalog

When a product is updated, a price changes, or a promotion goes live in Shopify, MESA updates the relevant data feeding your Mandrill templates. Your emails always reflect what's actually in your store without anyone editing template variables by hand.

Build any DocuSign and Mandrill automation

MESA helps you connect apps to automate repetitive tasks. A trigger is an event that starts a workflow, and actions are the steps that occur when it's running.
