# Connect Digital Humani to Gmail and automate your tasks

## Why integrate Digital Humani with Gmail

The Digital Humani to Gmail integration helps you sync data, automate manual tasks, and keep your stack aligned — without writing code.

### Plant a tree with every Shopify order automatically

When an order is placed in Shopify, MESA sends the corresponding request to Digital Humani and plants a tree on your brand's behalf. Every sale contributes to reforestation without anyone manually tracking or submitting planting requests.

### Give customers proof of their environmental impact

When a tree is planted through Digital Humani, MESA updates the customer's Shopify record and can trigger a Klaviyo email with the details. Your customers see the direct result of their purchase without your team doing anything by hand.

### Scale your reforestation impact with customer milestones

When a customer hits a threshold in Shopify — a spend level, a loyalty tier, a repeat purchase — MESA plants additional trees through Digital Humani on their behalf. Your sustainability program grows with your most engaged customers, not just your order volume.

### Send the right email at the right moment

When an order ships, a customer churns, or inventory runs low, MESA triggers the right Gmail message automatically. No missed sends, no manual follow-up queues.

### Keep your team in the loop on what matters

MESA sends internal Gmail alerts when orders hit thresholds, fulfillment stalls, or tasks need attention. Your team acts on real data, not status update requests.

### Log every outbound email as a record

Every Gmail message MESA sends gets written back to your spreadsheet, CRM, or order notes. You always know what was sent, when, and to whom.

## Build any Digital Humani and Gmail automation

MESA helps you connect apps to automate repetitive tasks. A trigger is an event that starts a workflow, and actions are the steps that occur when it's running.
